Insurers
A focus of my practice is representing insurers. Through several years in a renowned law firm for traffic and insurance law, I bring extensive experience in this field.
Whether motor liability, private liability or commercial liability insurance — the insurer is entitled to conduct litigation. A qualified legal representative should be instructed for this — I am happy to take on that role.
I represent you and your policyholders in court and defend unjustified claims — both as to liability in principle and as to quantum — for example in cases of prior damage, older damage or personal injury.
In home building and contents insurance too, unjustified claims must be defended — including in particular supposedly insured natural hazard losses or burglaries.
Complex cases such as fabricated, staged, exploited or provoked road accidents require particularly thorough handling, which my instruction ensures.
In active proceedings I enforce recourse claims of all kinds for you.
By accepting your instructions I relieve your internal resources and always aim for economically sensible solutions to minimise costs. You decide whether representation should be in court only or also out of court.
In cooperation with insurers I focus on reliability, transparency and practical solutions. You benefit from precise legal assessments, clear recommendations and an open presentation of opportunities and risks.
As a long-term contact I support you through all proceedings, know your processes and adapt flexibly to your needs. Efficiency, short response times and clear communication are the basis for trust-based, sustainable partnership.
Accepting instructions requires a review of the conflict situation and professional permissibility; conflicts of interest are ruled out or disclosed before any retainer is agreed.
The Individuals and Businesses pages describe the firm’s other focus areas for orientation; they are not addressed to insurers as addressees.
